One of our customers, a USA based P&C carrier, started using Charlee to identify opportunities to reduce claims expenses. They extracted and analyzed sentiments, topics, entities, connections, timelines and other patterns in Charlee, specifically on unstructured claims notes. After studying data from over a year of historical claims, they were able to predict litigation 4-6 weeks earlier than before Charlee. This enabled them to proactively focus on potentially problematic claims, based on actors such as attorneys, adjustors or contractors involved, and claims notes description trigger words such as “burst pipe” or concepts.
